How do I play Dungeon Defense Adventure?
Monsters attack your dungeon in waves. Place and upgrade your defenders to stop them before they break through. Clear every wave to win the level and earn rewards you can spend on stronger defenses.
How do I make my defenders stronger?
Use the coins and rewards you earn from battles to upgrade your defenders and unlock new abilities. Stronger defenders deal more damage and survive longer, so upgrade regularly between levels.
I’m stuck on a level. What should I do?
- Upgrade your strongest defenders before trying again.
- Change where you place defenders. Positions near chokepoints often work best.
- Try different combinations of defenders against different enemy types.
- Replay earlier levels to collect more coins and resources.
- Use boosts and power-ups at the hardest moments of a wave.
Will I lose my progress if I delete the app?
Your progress is stored on your device. Deleting the app may erase it, so we don’t recommend reinstalling unless our support team suggests it. If you get a new device or lose progress, email us and we’ll do our best to help.
How do I restore my purchases?
Make sure you’re signed in with the same Apple ID you used to buy the item. Then open the game’s settings or shop and tap Restore Purchases. If your item still doesn’t appear, email us with your purchase receipt from Apple and we’ll look into it.
How do I get a refund?
Apple handles all App Store payments, so refunds are requested through Apple. Visit reportaproblem.apple.com, sign in with your Apple ID, find the purchase and choose Request a refund.
Can I play offline?
Most of the game can be played offline. Some features, such as ads, rewards and purchases, need an internet connection. For the best experience, play with a stable connection.
Is Dungeon Defense Adventure free?
Yes, the game is free to download and play. It includes optional in-app purchases and ads. You can turn off in-app purchases at any time in Settings → Screen Time → Content & Privacy Restrictions on your device.

Crashes or freezing
- Update to the latest version from the App Store.
- Close other apps running in the background.
- Restart your iPhone or iPad.
- Make sure your device has enough free storage.
Connection problems
- Check that Wi-Fi or mobile data is turned on.
- Switch between Wi-Fi and mobile data.
- Restart your router.
- Relaunch the game after reconnecting.
Lag or battery drain
- Turn off Low Power Mode while playing.
- Let your device cool down if it feels hot.
- Update iOS to the latest version.
Missing item or reward
- Restart the game to refresh your inventory.
- Check your internet connection.
- Tap Restore Purchases in the game.
